ANOKA STUDIO mission was to redefine the brand identity to achieve a more premium essence, while preserving IVANA's iconic red by refining and reimagining its graphic elements, including typography, colors, and other visual components.
Recognizing the evolving landscape of the real estate industry and the increasing demand for sophisticated and comprehensive services, IVANA made a strategic decision to enhance its brand image. The rebranding aimed to communicate a sense of exclusivity, expertise, and a commitment to delivering unparalleled value to its clients, all while showcasing and appreciating the stunning natural beauty of Madagascar.
By adopting a more premium identity, IVANA seeks to appeal to a discerning clientele who prioritize not only the practical aspects of land curation and construction management but also the assurance of a secure and high-end real estate investment experience. In doing so, they also aim to emphasize the unique and captivating landscapes that Madagascar offers.
